Your Therapist

Hello,

I’m Julie Callaghan, owner of Massage Works.

I qualified in 2001 in therapeutic massage and have since worked in Glasgow, Dublin and Australia.

In Glasgow I continued my training, qualifying first in Clinical Aromatherapy, Sports and Remedial Massage and then Advanced Remedial Massage.

Advanced Remedial Massage has made a huge difference to my practice and is very resolution based, focusing on getting to the source of an issue and encouraging you to be involved in your treatment. Things change fast and I’m always learning through experience and keeping abreast of current research in the health and bodywork field.

I look forward to seeing you soon.

Julie

"Julie is super knowledgeable with magic hands and everyone should be massaged by her! Whether it's relaxation or a specific problem, she's your gal. Top notch."

"Julie was very understanding and knowledgeable about my hyper-mobile joints And really tried to make the most of the time available to help with my aches and pains! I'd recommend Julie to others who are thinking of booking and hope to visit Julie again in the near future."
Joanne CGlasgow, Apr-16
"I had an excellent first session with Julie last week. I went to her with very tight hamstrings, intermittent low back pain and a number of other partly running-related niggles. Julie really seemed to take the time to consider my specific issues and address them. I went for a long run today and felt great! Looking forward to my next session."
Maeve BGlasgow, Apr-16
"At my first session, Julie provided a very impressive combination of medical knowledge and hands-on treatment to come up with a personalised approach. Afterwards, I was walking much better. I'll be back!"
Calum MGlasgow, June-16
"Julie is such a lovely person, she was so helpful, explained everything in great detail and the work she did made me feel as light as a cloud! Can't thank her anymore, I've recommended her to a number of people already. Will definitely be returning soon! Thanks again."
