I had first treatment of 2019 with Julie and once again she has raised the bar. Last year my Calves which had been causing major issues and preventing me going to Gym. Similarly I had Achilles Tendon related injury after starting running . My weight and impact was probably contributory factor and lost almost 2 months of Gym. Towards the end of 2018 my fitness had improved and no issues going to Gym. Julie suggested leaving out running until Achilles was fully rested. I did that and decided to go for run today. Delighted that completed run around Strathclyde Park with no ill effects whatsoever other than aches and pains in joints indicative of my age and fitness. Thanks again 2019 is going to see me superfit and reaping the benefits largely down to the remedial work you've carried out.

Julie has very skillfully located my problems with my sore back and neck and knew exactly how to ease my pains. I have been to quite a few massages, but never to one as skillful as Julie. She knew right away without hesitation what I needed. I was amazed by her skills and the whole experience. Fantastic!

I went to Julie with such a bad neck injury, I had pulled a muscle really bad and was trying everything to fix it. One hour with Julie and I am back to normal. Her technique is so gentle and was very relaxing, unlike anything I have had done before! Really recommend.

I have seen Julie for various issues brought about by gym work , golf and squash. Also with back issues from sitting in a car a lot through work and at a computer. Every time I have came out feeling great and she has solved the issues I've had. Also great tips on exercises to do afterwards. After having been to other physios I wouldn't use anyone else now.
